Cilantro-Lime Tilapia

Tilapia filet marinated in a lime & cilantro oil bath, then pan seared.  Served on a bed of arugula with yellow bell peppers and dried cherries dressed with a lemon-honey vinaigrette.  Crusty, multi-grain bread, fresh from the farmers market with extra virgin olive oil for dipping.
