| Chicken-Guac Pita: Roasted chicken breast, sliced thin, seasoned and grilled on the flat top with onions which had been previously roasted in the bird. The pita is warmed, split, filled with fresh guacamole and then the chicken and onions. That's how I spell sandwich. |
