| Sunday comfort food: Sausage and Peppers. Quad-colored bell peppers, red, green, yellow, and orange with onions, a bit of tomato, chicken stock, and sage sausage from a local farm. Black beans added as filler. All of it seasoned liberally with smoked paprika. |
